Futurama: Season 1 in 3gp format

Futurama: Season 1

Show & Select Links

From Wikipedia: Futurama is an animated American sitcom created by Matt Groening, and developed by Groening and David X. Cohen for the Fox network. The series follows the adventures of a former New York pizza delivery boy, Philip J. Fry, after he is cryogenically frozen seconds after the start of the year 2000, and thawed out on New Year's Eve 2999. In the United States, the series aired from March 28, 1999 to August 10, 2003 on Fox before ceasing production. Futurama was then aired on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network, from January 2003 to December 2007, when the network's contract expired. The series was revived in 2007 as four straight-to-DVD films which would then be split into a sixteen-episode fifth season. The name "Futurama" comes from a pavilion at the 1939 New York World's Fair. Designed by Norman Bel Geddes, the Futurama pavilion depicted how he imagined the world to look in 1959.[1]

Xiaolin Showdown Entire Season 1

Xiaolin Showdown is an American animated television series that aired on Kids WB and was created by Christy Hui. Set in a world where Martial Arts battles and Eastern Magic are common place, the series follows four young warriors in training that battle the forces of evil. They do this by protecting Shen Gong Wu (ancient artifacts that possess great magical powers) from villains (witches, mad scientists, evil warlords) that would use them to conquer the world.

Originally airing on the Kids WB! block of programming on WB Network in 2003, the series ran for 3 seasons and 52 episodes. Typical episodes revolve around a specific Shen Gong Wu being revealed which results in both sides racing to find it. Episodes usually reach a head when one good and one evil character must challenge each other to a magical duel called a Xiaolin Showdown for possession of the artifact.

The Batman: Animated Series in 3gp/mp4 format

The BATMAN: animated series shown, currently on Cartoon Network, (although in some areas it's on KidsWB), is one of my  favorite cartoon series that while may seem a bit for kiddies is actually a decent show that has already run into 5 seasons (with each season, running 13 episodes). The stories usually are catered for younger audiences unlike its previous Batman: TAS that was a bit more dark and brooding depicting a more comic book-type portrayal of the Dark Knight. This current version however, while peppered with more "fun" and witty scripts (I personally like the soundtrack!)  still showcases a fairly serious array of Batman villains, including some special cross-over episodes with Superman and the Justice League.  I have so far currently collected and converted each episode into 3gp/mp4 format (for better storage and so I can bring it along with me wherever by storing it on my mobile phone)  from Seasons 3 and 4, picking up specifically when Batgirl joins Batman in Season 4 and when Dick Grayson aka Robin becomes part of the Batman family in Season 4. For those who want to continue on looking beyond these seasons' series (some missing episodes are , please consider joining our newly revamped and improved comic book forum at:

Spider-Man: The New Animated Series in 3gp/mp4

The CGI version of Marvel's popular superhero features the voice talents of Neil Patrick Harris as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Lisa Loeb as Mary Jane, and Ian Ziering as Harry Osborn. Assuming this series fits into the movie continuity, it takes place sometime after the first, but before the second (as Norman Osborn is dead). Here, Peter has graduated from high school and is attending Empire State University (although in the films he attends Columbia University). Still burdened with the desire to use his incredible, spider bite-derived powers to do good, he finds it hard balancing his responsibilities of being a superhero with schoolwork and his romance with Mary Jane Watson. Almost in all of this series, Harry craves for revenge on Spider-Man. But in the When Sparks Fly episode, Harry intends to help Spider-Man trap Electro. Peter Parker was originally supposed to wear baggier clothes to hide his superhero musculature, but cost-effective difficulties with the CG format prevented folds from being put into his everyday attire. As a result, Peter's street clothes were redesigned to be close-fitting and contemporary, while still managing to hide his physique (and the costume he wore under his duds) as Spider-Man. Aunt May does not appear in this series (except for a photograph in Peter's bedroom), because MTV executives feared that the appearance of any old people would deter their target youth audience from watching. By contrast, she made several prominent appearances in the first animated series and was a regular character on NBC's Spider-Man and Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends in the 1980s, and Spider-Man: The Animated Series on Fox Television. The series employed a device which became a calling card for the show, where Peter Parker could apparently move so fast as to almost instantly change into his costume at will. Some of these scenes were visually creative. The police interrogation room sequence from "Law of the Jungle" is frequently cited as one of the best, with Peter shedding his clothes and suiting up as Spider-Man in a series of frozen, strobe light images as the emergency power struggles to kick in. However, other "quick changes" were downright baffling. As he runs down an alley to change in "Mind Games, Part 2," Peter's outer clothes literally morph into his costume in a burst of light. The first episode of the 1967 Spider-Man cartoon, "The Power of Doctor Octopus," featured the fastest change into costume before this series. Every cellphone in the series is a bar style from Sony Ericsson. Spider-Man New Animated Series

3GP is a simplified version of the MPEG-4 Part 14 (MP4) container format, designed to decrease storage and bandwidth requirements in order to accommodate mobile phones. It stores video streams as MPEG-4 Part 2 or H.263 or MPEG-4 Part 10 (AVC/H.264), and audio streams as AMR-NB, AMR-WB, AMR-WB+, AAC-LC or HE-AAC. A 3GP file is always big-endian, storing and transferring the most significant bytes first. It also contains descriptions of image sizes and bitrate. There are two different standards for this format: 3GPP (for GSM-based Phones, may have filename extension .3gp) 3GPP2 (for CDMA-based Phones, may have filename extension .3g2) Both are based on MPEG-4 and H.263 video, and AAC or AMR audio. When transferred to a computer, 3GP movies can be viewed on Linux, Mac, and Windows platforms with programs such as MPlayer, VLC media player, RealPlayer, QuickTime, GOM Player and Media Player Classic.

Blogging: Gunning for More Words

Hi unwary visitor(s) to my blog! =) Is it wary or weary?? Uhmm..whatever. I'll be making some uhmm..minor changes to these pages soon...coz apparently some Blog-for-Cash sites don't find enough "words" to merit any reason for revenue. So instead of just posting those uhmmm "useful" links that you guys (and gals) like to "find and read"...I may have to post and append some "reviews and rants" and stuff to make it more "revenue-generating"...I know, I know...I've sold out..but hey it takes a lot of my "time and effort" to do stuff you know...so any pennies my way would be great...nothing like moolah to motivate... And since most of you (I know) have seem to love Warren Ellis' Black Summer below..what's not to like right?? With all that blood and gore and killing....speaking of which...here's another ridiculous survey segue that's as bloody...and a bit ridiculous...

I've also tried to see if posts with javascripts will work....hmmm...still gotta figure that out.... just tested one in bour company blog Anyways, I'll try to start posting more frequently since my pc is starting to "clog" up with stuff coz I'm in the middle of my website-building mood....so pardon me if I try out some scripts here. Wanted

Wanted is one of the few great comic book limited miniseries  or arcs that I highly recommend. It's edgy and independent in nature and that it doesn't belong to either of the big two: Marvel or DC. Written by one of, if not my most favorite comic book writer,  Mark Millar (Civil War, Ultimate Fantastic Four etc), with art by J. G. Jones, tells the story of Wesley Gibson/The Killer, who is really just a regular guy, an every day Joe, and in fact is pretty much a loser, until he is suddenly, and violently thrust into a "reality" that lets him discover is true identity and  destiny. Wesley (who looks like Eminem) is in fact, the son of the world's top assassin, and not only has he inherited his father's extra-ordinary skills and power (strikingly similar to Marvel's arch-villain and now Thunderbolt member,Bullseye), but also his mistress, The Fox (uncannily similar to DC's Catwoman) who initially recruited him.

From Wikipedia: It was published by Top Cow in 2003 and 2004 as part of Millarworld.[1] It's main features an amoral protagonist who discovers he is the heir to a career as a super-villainous assassin in a world where such villains have secretly taken control of the planet.

The series is adult in nature, similar to more grown-up 'super-hero' titles such as The Authority or The Ultimates. Like the Authority or the Squadron Supreme, several characters are based on DC Comics characters and super-villains (See below). The series also bears resemblance to the 1999 films Fight Club and the The Matrix, as it is about a despondent man in an unfulfilling white-collar life who attempts to change himself, but becomes extremely violent and marked as outside of 'normal' society. It differs from these stories in that the main character has no desire to improve the world through this violence, but only embraces it in the pursuit of an escape from his previous life and selfish and egocentric pleasures.

The Sunday Times dubbed the title "the Watchmen for super-villains."[2]

A film adaptation was recently released last June 27, 2008, with the notable portrayals of Angelina Jolie as The Fox and James McAvoy as Wesley/The Killer

My Iron Man arcs

Iron Man is a fictional character that appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics. Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark, after suffering a severe heart injury while being kidnapped, was forced to build a devastating weapon. He instead created a suit of power armor to save his life and help protect the world as the superhero Iron Man. He is a wealthy industrialist and genius inventor who created military weapons and whose metal suit is laden with technological devices that enable him to fight crime.

Stuff That Clog Up my PC

"Stuff" that currently Clog Up My PC:
Converted .3gp Videos: Avatar: The Last Airbender

Avatar: The Last Airbender, sometimes called The Legend of Ang in some parts of world as shown in Nickelodeon's Nicktoons because the main character of the show is a pre-teen  named Aang who is the last of his tribe of Airbender monks from the Northern Air temple. He also happens to be the Avatar - a super-powered being with god-like powers capable of manipulating and controlling the earth's four main elements:  Fire, Water, Air and Earth.  Aang has been gone for a "hundred years" before he is accidentally found trapped in an iceberg and rescued by Katara (who herself is a Water-bending prodigy in training) and her brother Sokka (the boomerang funny guy) of the Southern Water tribe. Together, traveling across the globe with Aang's flying bison Apa (later joined by Aang’s flying pet lemur Momo), these 3 main characters band together to go on a quest to fight the Fire Nation, defeat the Firelord, (who has waged war and destruction on the rest of the Elemental tribes when the Avatar disappeared) and ultimately restore balance to the world by helping Aang learn to master the 4 elements he is destined to wield as the Avatar.   Along the way they are constantly hounded by the banished teen-ager Prince Zuko and his uncle, General Ira, to capture the Avatar hoping to restore his honor within the Fire Nation.

Debuting 3 years ago, in February 2005, it is divided into a series of elemental “chapters”: Water, Earth and Fire (consisting of 18-21 episodes per season) and has recently concluded its final chapter last July 2008. Avatar has certainly captured the imagination of both kids and adults alike with co-creators’ Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko ‘s unique take on blending an Asian inspired theme of the world of martial arts and our cosmic elemental connection with the wit, humor and angst of children trying to figure they’re way out of the world.
